What is a BFRB?
BFRB stands for a Body Focused Repetitive behaviour, these can manifest in different ways, from hair pulling, to cheek biting. BFRBs are associated with OCRD. The BFRBs that are most common include; nail biting, hair pulling and skin picking, all of which require the users hand and head, other BFRBs such as cheek biting have not been looked into for this project.
Information Architecture
The information architecture here helps the design process as it forms part of the user experience. It not only shows what pages there will be but how users will move between them.

Completing this then leads to very early mock-ups of what could be included within the User Interface.
Mid Fidelity Wireframes
These medium-fidelity wireframes focus on the overall layout, structure, and visual hierarchy of the interface rather than on detailed interactions. They provide a clear representation of content placement and functionality, enabling early feedback from stakeholders before moving into high-fidelity design. By concentrating on layout and flow, the design team can validate core decisions without distraction from stylistic elements.

Final Design
To showcase the app’s core experience, I created three walkthroughs that highlight the main user flows: Onboarding, Progress Tracking and Rewards & Community. Each flow was designed with clarity and simplicity in mind, ensuring users can quickly understand the value of the product.
